1. How many flats are launched in 1st phase and available for booking?
Total 1260 flats/ housing units are launched IN PHASE 1 and we follow first come and first booking system. As Phase2 is upcoming focus we highly recommend you to book a visit as soon as possible so that you get more diverse options without any hassle and worries because units just sold out very quickly.

Yes, Advitya Homes New Project is Haryana Government approved under the policy of affordable housing scheme. Affordable Housing Project under LICENSE No. 127 OF 2019 and HRERA REGISTRTION NO.: 223 of 2020, DATED: 16.12.2020
3. What type of flats are offered in the project?
There are four type of flats offered for sale in the project, 1BHK Type-A, 1BHK Type-B and 3BHK Type-A and 3BHK Type-B.
4. What is the size and price of 1BHK flats in Advitya Homes?
There are 2 types of 1BHK flats are available for booking in Advitya Homes. The carpet area of 1BHK Type-B flat is about 366.916 square feet (Balcony Area – 44.385 square feet) and 1BHK Type-E carpet area is 374.996 square feet (Balcony Area 29.859 square feet).
5. How am I supposed to pay the rest installments?
The Balance amount of your flat can be paid in 6 installments according to the Payment Plan opted.
6. Can I avail home loan from Bank on the Flat allotted to me?
Yes, the facility of a Home loan is available for the project. Selected Nationalized banks and NBFCs are providing Home Loan up to 90% on the unit cost.
7. When will I get the possession?
The possession of the flat will be given to the successful applicants as per terms and conditions laid out in the Agreement of Sale/BBA.
